What did I do wrong?

Probably nothing. This must be a file corruption introduced by your FTP client (when upload the files). You should just try again - maybe with a different FTP client if you get the same problem. (The line 4608 has nothing to do with initializePivotX so the file must be completely broken.)

Thanks very much for the explanation.
I was beginning to doubt myself, so I am glad that it wasn't my fault.
Maybe I will try it again, when I am recovered from the initial shock :shock: ;)

I upgraded to the latest version, because my admin screen mentioned an available update. But, just curious, what involves this update? I see no difference... :roll:
If you read Dutch, you read Verbal Jam.
Lack of documentation makes even the best program useless...

Michael Heca submitted a patch that added two (I think Czech) social networks. Probably not very relevant to you needs, Verbaljam.

iwiw is a hungarian social network.
Code: Select all
'iwiw' => array(
      'favicon' => 'iwiw.gif',
      'url' => 'http://iwiw.hu/pages/share/share.jsp?u=%link%',
   )

The attached icon's size is 34x16px.

Has something changed with either Sociable or with my Twitter code? Since I updated to 2.1.1 there's something wrong with the prefix when somebody retweets a blogpost.

Instead of "Must read: entry-title url" it now says "Must+read+:+entry-title+url" (so there's all +'s added). Maybe it has to do with New Twitter?

I assume you meant "Must+check+..." Anyway, nothing has with the Twitter code in the extension. You might be right that Twitter can have changed something. We'll look into it.

I started looking into it (that's how I found out about the Twitter code for Sociable in the first place lol) and although I don't like the Twitter API docs I found it pretty quickly.

Can you confirm this code works as it should Hans?

Code: Select all
    'Twitter' => array(
        'favicon' => 'twitter.png',
        'url' => 'http://twitter.com/share?url=%link%&text=%title%',
    ),

I'm not able to reproduce the problems you are having - I have tested in FF and IE7. I get "Must check: ..." without the plus signs in the status box. The only "problem" if found is that the current Twitter URL doesn't work if people aren't logged in. I fixed this in revision 3104 - follow the "text changed" link. The share API that you are using to is different from the simple status link that we are currently using.

PS! My testing was with the Old Twitter - none of my accounts are upgraded yet. Are you using the New Twitter? If so, that could indeed explain why you are seeing some problem that I'm not seeing.

I'm using the new Twitter yes because it sucks so it has a high learning curve on where the hell everything is hahaha.

So, are you getting the right text when you try to share a blog entry on www.logfather.com on Twitter now that I use the share URL?
