Can you explain how to integrate for example

$entry.extrafields.key

in a template?

Did you mean something like this?

Code: Select all
[[ if $entry.extrafields.key ]]
  <p>Value: [[ $entry.extrafields.key ]]</p>
[[ else ]]
  <p>No value.</p>
[[ /if ]]

Usually I do something like:

Code: Select all
[[if $entry.extrafields.fieldx!='']][[$entry.extrafields.fieldx]][[else]]field is empty[[/if]]

--edit--
What hans said :)

I need some explanation...

I can manage to insert

Code: Select all
[[ if $entry.extrafields.prijs ]]
  <p>Value: [[ $entry.extrafields.prijs ]]</p>
[[ else ]]
[[ /if ]]

to the template and that works. But why two times the same rule?

Code: Select all
$entry.extrafields.key

the first part checks if the extrafield exists and if there is something in it...
this gives you a little more control over the html, so you might do something else when the extrafield is empty after the [[else]] code.

Thanks for the quick anser.

I notice that the input boxes are not in line vertically with the default input boxes of PivotX. They are two or three pixels more to the right. Can I change this somewhere myself?

Don't know exactly what type of inputboxes you are talking about. But giving your paragraph the same class as them should do the trick I think.

It's in the pivotx back-end. At the moment it's only a cosmetic annoyance that we postponed to the next version of the back-end design.

Hello,

after I installed bonus fields and activated the extension my PivotX installation completely stopped working and only showed blank pages. I had to remove the bonusfielsd directory under extensions to get it running again. I am using flat files db and PHP 5. Any ideas where I could look what the problem is?

Regards,
Christof
