How can I adjust the width of the popup? I thought with objwidth, but it doesn't worked.

Sorry this isn't correct. objwidth is used for popupsize of types youtube, vimeo and text. If you do not specify objwidth for these types the value of width is used. The value of width is also used with all types to potentially overrule the size of the thumbnail (so not the popup). For type iframe it is dependent on the fb_profile. For all other types (like image) it is automatically deduced by fancybox. In essence the size of an image popup is dependent on the image itself. I know, a bit complicated. Maybe you should add the type we're talking about?

We are talking about the popup width for a iframe.
I want to adjust the width of the popup, so that the embed page will fit.

Currently there is no option to influence the profile used for iframes. So the only thing you can do right now is locating snippet_fancybox.php in extensions/fancybox and finding this line

and changing it to your own liking. Obviously all other fancybox iframes will have the same setting then.

Weird.

Fancybox seems to give a proper result in the browsers on my Mac (Safari, Chrome, Firefox), but on Firefox & Chrome (my friend's Mac) it only shows the large jpg on a black background instead of a popup.

Is this a known issue, anybody have a clue? Conflicting PivotX extensions maybe?

Maybe you could upgrade to 2.3.2 and also Fancybox and try again?
We are talking about the same site on different machines?
The black page you are talking about sounds like Thickbox and Fancybox is supposed to replace it when switched on.

This sounds like it could be a caching issue. Has your friend tried your site before? Clear the cache/make a hard refresh - Ctrl-F5.

PS! You know that Chrome has developer tools installed? Hit F12 and check the console (after refreshing the page). You'll probably see a JavaScript error (if clearing the cache didn't help.)

Hi,

Since I upgraded this extension to the latest version (i don't know which version i had before), i have had a problem.

It used to be that when i put in a pop-up picture, my thumbnail would resize to width 350px (and corresponding height with constrained proportions) when i used the thumbnailgenerator "vrije uitsnede" and selected the whole picture.

Now when i put in a pop-up picture and use the thumbnailgenerator "vrije uitsnede" and select the whole picture, my thumbnail doesn't get resized at all.

For now I just download all the thumbnails, resize them manually to width "350px" and upload them again. But is there an easier way?
