I did not find error in the console.

I guess you didn't look right for errors in the console because you have this line in your code:

<script type='text/javascript' src='/pivotx/templates/skinny/js/menu_jquery.js'></script>

with gives a jQuery error. It could be this breaks the extension from working. Please correct that first by replacing the $ characters in the js file by jQuery statements.
PivotX wants jQuery to run in non-conflict mode.
So

Code: Select all

$( document ).ready(function() {

will become

Code: Select all

jQuery( document ).ready(function() {

BTW what is this code? As far as I know it is not part of PivotX or its extensions.

I found the error in the style.css of template skinny.

Good for you! I see you also solved the jQuery error.

Weird that this css line influences the working of this extension.
You would assume this its styles contain a more specialised line for the code tag.
I will have a look why this happens and if needed will change the extension.
