Gallery thumb images don't show up

I am using PivotX 2.3.0 with the Phoenix theme. On my entrypage my gallery thumbs don't show. Example entry: http://www.boekenwurm-en-pleeg.nl/2011/10/05/alles-is-liefde what do I do wrong or how can I show the thumbimages on my entrypage properly?

If you really have 2.3.0 please first download 2.3.1 http://pivotx.net/files/pivotx_latest.zip (I say really because the display text on the site still reads 2.3.0 although the download version is 2.3.1).
Possibly this will not resolve your problem. The soon to be released 2.3.2 will then resolve it because a lot of work has been done to timthumb.
You can get the necessary files from here http://pivot-weblog.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/pivot-weblog/branches/2.3.x/pivotx/includes/
Select the following files
timthumb-config.php
timthumb-error.jpg
timthumb-notfnd.jpg
timthumb.php
