Liquid theme menu change

Hi,

I'm trying to change the menu of the Liquid theme of my blog.
However the software i'm using to make the menu (Easy Button & Menu Maker) give an css style and a html file and i can't figure out how to implement it to Liquid theme php and script based.
I would like to know wich are the files that must be changed to have it done.

I guess those files should be added to the header.
You could contact the author of the theme (see http://themes.pivotx.net/archive/2012-04-16/liquid/weblog) for the link to his site.
