"Responsive" themes

Hello - I used an older version of pivot for many years to handle a low volume blog. Over time I had hacked together a fairly unique template but really one that was best suited to desktop (no surprise as the blog started in 2004).

I now have a situation where i may start a low/moderate volume commercially oriented blog and really need to be concerned about mobile viewing. Alas, I do not have a ton of time nor likely the skills to make one of these html5 "responsive" type themes from scratch and wonder if any are available for pivot? I did take a look at some of the sample theme sites using a high quality smart phone and none really seem to come off well. They either require a lot of zoom/pan or simply do not rescale/reflow very well.

Has anyone had luck trying to use, for example, templates from or other similar sites? Are there responsive themes already ported to pivot available elsewhere?

Hi there! I am afraid there will be not a lot around.
Development of PivotX has stopped a long time ago.
You could try using extension Mobile site: but that hasn't been updated for a while......

Obviously you will get better results using the successor of PivotX: Bolt
PivotX includes an extension wxrexport that can be used to export your content to a format that Bolt can import (and WP can use that too).
