Downloaded the file, triet to use it, but what to use as archieve-template ?

The logtitle isn't upgradeble with long texts (excuse my Englisch) but futher .. nice

Have to change some things to make it my own, like a vistitorcounter and so on.

use the frontpage-template as your archive-template

not sure what you mean about the logtitle, but i'm sure you'll figure it out

i actually used the read-counter for this theme i believe, i just added another item in the entry-footer.

Hi!

I came across this post looking for info on how to port a wordpress theme to pivotx.
First of all as I have gotten access to the themes site and this theme is not there yet: do you want to share it via that site? If so, send me the files and I'll add it to the site.
Secondly: how hard is it to port a wordpress theme to pivotx format? I see good looking themes on wordpress that I (and probably others as well) want to port to pivotx. If possible could you write an instruction on how to do this? Maybe this can be added to the book site!

Porting a WP theme is not that hard, once you know how to do it. I've been trying to write a tutorial on it, but that is a lot of work, if you want to document each step, and I just haven't finished it yet.

On the other hand, if you have a nice WP theme in mind and you ask really nice, maybe somebody will port it for you...

I'd rather have that description albeit not that detailed
But I have another look and try to select one.
The offer to add the AliHan theme to the official themes sites still stands!

(on the topic of converting: i usually rewrite the whole theme very often i find that the wordpress-themes are unnecessarily messy...)
