Try to edit your content by switching your type of text editor in your user settings (accessible through My Info at the top).

Use a tool like Beyond Compare and compare your files offline and online to track potential differences?

I guess you already tried to clear the cache through the PivotX option in the dashboard? (Administration / Maintenance).

Install extension PivotX tools and execute Check Integrity.

Thanks for those suggestions. I changed my editor and that enabled my to edit the html. Many thanks

(ps: never knew I could change the editor. Learnt my one thing for today. thanks)
