Bulleted lists?

When I write a post and use a bulleted list, the format appears correctly in the edit window in my admin panel.
However, whenever I post the text, the bullets are nowhere to be seen on the blog post.

Wonder if it is PivotX (2.3.9) or my template (Magazine).

It's probably the CSS/styling in the template . If you had linked to your site, I could have given you a more accurate answer.

It's the template. One example:

In http://www.vlaamseradio.tk/pivotx/pivot ... /style.css on line 153 you'll find:

    list-style-type: none;
    [...]

This tells the browser to display no bullets in the sidebar.
