Moving Bolt

I'm experimenting with Bolt on my existing server for an already running website (PivotX). Bolt is installed as www.url.nl/bolt/

Is it save to move the installation to www.url.nl without any problems?

Yup, just move it, make sure the write-rights to cache/ and stuff are still correct. Log in to the backend, and clear the cache. That should do it.
