Blank spaces being erased when pasting from word

The title explains my problem. I use word to write my content, but when I paste into the Pivotx wysiwyg on almost every post some of the spaces between words is erased. Has anyone else had this problem? I am writing in entries, as that is the only place I can select a category.

First: why do you use Word to write your content? The editor has lots of styling possibilities.......

And second why would you want to have more than 1 space between words? It seems logical that those be removed.....

And unrelated: you can write in pages but then you would have to choose a chapter. Which is normal because pages belong to a chapter and entries belong to one (or more) categories.

The blank spaces erased resulted in joined words - hence the problem

I've solved the problem by pasting in plan text which works perfectly.

I have to use fields as my site has lots of categories.

That is a shame that you have to have a work around, though....has it been working ok for you with the pasting in plain text?

Hi Howard, I also had same issue in past but now I have a solution. Please remove extra whitespace from the content using notepad.
