Parkside

Parkside is a Dutch band. I released their new album. With the new album came a new website, PivotX powered: http://parksidemusic.nl/

(come on people, this topic is not a solo exhibition ;-) )

(re-posted)

http://actually.ibuildsystems.com/

Nothing too earth shattering. I really wanted to get each category to be output to individual files(templates?) and then use scripting to load those into the tabs. I could figure out how to get each category into it's own page/file. So I'm settling for this for now.

Oh and yes, in IE it breaks. I've resorted to using the underscore hack to make the position:fixed elements position:absolute just for IE. Still IE sux. I don't want to jump through hoops just to get fixed elements. However, I do wish that my sidebar wouldn't end up at the bottom. Weird stuff. I can't test it always - don't have Windows. ;)

Anyway, have a look. Enjoy the music! 8-)

If you had to re-post it, i guess my forum-split action was FAIL! ;-)

Your site looks cool. Personally i'd tone down the hard colors just a little bit, but other than that it looks fine.

No worries man. Yeah my site used to have a black and yellow theme. I just went and used exactly the colors that appealed to my eye - regardless of tradition. Funny cuz, a friend thought I was looking at a porn site when I was working on it. Anyway, maybe I will make the text bg lighter on hover. It is a bit hard on the eyes when reading. huh.

Parkside, I like your big gif on http://parksidemusic.nl/. Slick!
