I noticed that a lot has changed since I used Pivot last back in 2005. But here I am, back on the old nest and hopefully not to make a complete fool out of myself by asking a stupid first question ;-)
I'm currently busy building a/my first theme for PivotX (Me and Smarty, this was love at first sight). Now I searched all PivotX documentation, read faq's, searched half of the internet, but I can't find a way to publish the most recent posts (preferably on another page than the weblog page) So I'm _not_ talking about the most recent comments, but about the last few posts. Is there a way to do this? I can't find a tag for it.

This is how I did it on my blog:

Code: Select all
<h2>Latest blog entries</h2>

<!-- begin of weblog 'standard' -->
     [[ subweblog name="default" showme=8 ]][[ literal ]] <!-- make sure youhave the right paramters here -->
        <!--    entry '[[title]]' -->
            <li><a href="[[  link hrefonly=1  ]]" title="[[ title ]]">[[ title ]]</a></li>
     [[ /literal ]][[ /subweblog ]]
<!-- end of weblog 'standard' -->

This example would give you an unordered list of the last 8 entry titles (with a link)

Thanks! So you can just use the subweblog tag for it. Great!
