Incoming, a new post status

Hi, I wont to put the attention to a new post status method called incoming.
With this category I could notify the client new title of an entry I'm working on.
For example I can add to my sidebar a list called "incoming to my blog"...

It can be used to inform the client ( showing only the title) that I'm working to a new entry (maybe entries) and that it/they will be available

Just post the entries in a category called incoming and display those entries with only the title. This is easy with a subweblog. When the entries are finished, just change the category.
