Would any one be willing to help me with a project? I want to merge a system I wrote to use pivotx flat file database instead of the config file system I have now.

I think you have to elaborate somewhat more about what your project is. For example give us a link to your current config file system.
And someone who's interested (me for example) would like to know what your budget and deadline is. If needed you can always PM those who are interested.
