how to change the entry url format

The "Use Mod_rewrite" option in configuration settings is set to "no". Previously my entries url format is "www.sitename.org/?e=3777" but now it has been changed to "www.sitename.org/?e=4080&w=learn2012". Please let me know, how could i change it to old format. The weblog "&w=learn2012" is getting appended at the end of the url, which is what i dont want to add it there.

Could it be that you have more than 1 weblog?
You can remove the w= parm by using para_weblog_never setting http://book.pivotx.net/page/app-a
Please be aware that whenever an entry is in a category that is allocated to more than 1 weblog then without the weblog parm PivotX will always show the default weblog.
