There you can specify whether you want to mail on every comment.
I will only get one every once in a while.

The emails are set top go to email@example.com which is my customer's regular email account which is working fine.
I just tried to add my email also (ie: firstname.lastname@example.org,email@example.com) separated with a comma as the screen instructs and an error pops up.
I guess that's another issue. Had to give up on adding my email to hers.
