Request: Flash animated Tag Cloud extension

I tried to implement a Flash animated tag cloud like this one: http://www.artviper.net/website-tools/html-to-flash-tag-cloud.php. But this stuff is just a littlebit too difficult for me (I'm not a programmer). There is also an xml version on this website.

Does any of our briljant and therefore respected programmers fancies to make this into an extention?

PS: somethin lik this is also available as WordPress extension, if that makes life easier.
